John Doerner’s T-Hangar report in brief.
CEA confirmed last night [February 17th, 2010] that all 64 North East
T-Hangars will be built! 48 will be built now with another 16 to be added later.
The price range is now suggested to be around the low $400 range; $425.00
per month was emphasized! Final pricing is yet to be determined. It seems
like the pricing is going to be very close to that of our SW T-Hangars.
The Airport last week reported that they have received 33 deposits for the
NE T’s. This leaves 15 units yet to be filled. It might be best for
interested prospective tenants to contact CEA for updated sign-up information.
